My work centers on holistic human development, relational presence, and culturally informed care. My background spans over a decade of integrative learning across emotional, somatic, and consciousness-based modalities, with a steady emphasis on supporting people through transition, self-inquiry, and meaningful change.
Since 2014, I have apprenticed in consciousness-based support work, developing a practice grounded in attentive presence and sensitivity to emotional and energetic states. My training includes NeuroEmotional Coaching, Reiki, and death midwifery—approaches that inform how I hold space rather than define a fixed method.
Music and sound are also central threads in my work. With training in Behavioral Psychoacoustics and sound alongside a lifelong relationship with voice, piano, and guitar. My academic background in Spanish Language & Literature and Anthropology has shaped a deep respect for cultural nuance, and the way meaning is constructed differently across communities.
My work is not about prescribing answers, it is about creating conditions where insight, healing, and self-understanding can emerge. For a complete overview of my education and training, please visit my Educational Pursuits page.

I offer holistic support designed to foster peace, self-discovery, and emotional well-being through personalized rituals, guided meditation, sound-based practices, and integrative coaching. In my coaching work, I support clients in reconnecting with their own inner resources through tailored self-care practices and reflective tools.
My intention is to provide a safe and attentive environment where clients can explore their own process at a pace that feels supportive and sustainable using the methods that best fit your needs. I offer sliding scale pricing, and no one is turned away due to financial hardship.
